Check if your phone supports eSIM.
Device compatibility should be in the search journey, plan detail page, and checkout. It reduces refunds and support tickets.
Compatible
iPhone 15 Pro supports eSIM.
The device also needs to be carrier-unlocked. Add a pre-check in checkout: “I confirm my device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.”
Open Settings
Go to Cellular or Mobile Data.
Find Add eSIM
If visible, device supports eSIM.
Check lock
Confirm no carrier lock.
Install QR
Use WiFi before travel.
